How do you keep dianthius or garden pinks (I believe that is another name for them) blooming all summer? They bloom for awhile then the flowers turn brown.

I'm afraid they won't bloom all summer, but if you cut back the flowers as soon as they begin to fade, the plants may send out a second flush of bloom and prolong the season by a few weeks. Good luck with your plants!
