I have noticed the presence of a mustard colored speckle appearing on the leaves of most of my flowers and vegetables (tomatoes and peppers .. but not the brand new bean plants .. yet!) and am wondering what is going on. Are these plants doomed? Is there something I should be doing ... or NOT
doing?

Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, based on your description I am unable to diagnose the problem. There is a possibility if you used a liquid foliar fertilizer or some type of spray on a hot sunny day that you accidentally burned the foliage. Otherwise, I would suggest you contact your county extension for a more specific diagnosis and suggestions as to what to do.
