Question: When is the right time to transplant an exisiting babys breath plant to another spot.? Before the growth period or after.? And if so what time of year is the best time.

Answer: Unfortunately, due to its tap root, this plant is very difficult to transplant. You might try it in very early spring before growth begins, but do not expect to be successful especially with a large established plant.
