We have 4 river birch trees and the past year and also again this year the largest one seems to be yellowing and loosing 1/3 of it's leaves we water it but it doesnt seem to help.Do you have any info on river birch tree's, what there fertilizer needs are, there weeknesses and diseases. Do you have any idea what is wrong with our tree and what we can do about it? Thank you. |
River birches are relatively easy to grow and tolerate a fairly wide range of growing conditions and soil types and are relatively pest and disease free, but that is not to say they never have any problems. I would suggest you contact your county extension for a precise identification of the problem and suggestions as to how to remedy it. |
