Our pepper plants are still quite small, and they already have peppers forming on them. Should we pick these peppers off the plant so the plant will get bigger? Or can we leave them on to ripen?

Some pepper plants are naturally small, so that may be true of these. If they are growing well, there is no need to remove the developing peppers--unless you would like to harvest them to eat. In the meantime, be sure to keep the plants growing vigorously by providing adquate nutrients and keeping the soil evenly moist.
