Somtimes hydrangeas that are forced to bloom early for the holidays for instance do not continue to bloom over as long a period as they might in the garden. The transplanting process can also cause them to go into a bit of a shock and give up blooming early. Ill timed pruning can also cause it to stop blooming. If all goes well it should be back on a regular summer schedule next year. I am sorry it took us so long to respond to your question.
