Ebony Male is the mate for your Ebony Magic female holly. Usually one male in the vicinity of 3-4 females is all it takes for berries to form. Ebony Magic (and Ebony Male) usually attain a mature height of 8'-12' with a width of 6'-8'. Provide at least that much room between your plants so they can reach their full potential. Insects will transfer pollen from plants within a reasonable distance from one another. I have hollies about 50' away from each other in my yard and they produce berries every year.
