A quick search of poisonous plant references on the internet, such as that published by Cornell University, did not bring up Pyrancantha as a problem plant in that regard. However, many of the lists are based on anecdotal evidence and may not be complete. This plant is related to apples and I would expect eating unripe berries or eating the seeds inside them could give any one a stomach ache. However, I do not know if it would be anything worse than that -- or if it would have a particular effect on dogs. For this reason, I would strongly suggest you consult with your veterinarian before allowing a dog to consume them.
