As do other oaks, this one will produce seeds ie acorns. In some cases they are propagated by seed, in other cases they are propagated by grafting a piece of the named variety onto a seedling root stock. When propagated by seed, there will be some variation in the progeny. When done by grafting, the resulting plants are all essentially clones of the original.
