HOW TALL AND HOW WIDE DO THESE PLANTS GET. CAN THEY HANDLE ALOT OF SUN OR EVEN MORNING SUN AND AFTERNOON SHADE?

Plumeria obtusa grows 30'-35' tall at maturity and about 15' wide. Plumeria's thrive in hot, dry locations but will grow in light shade. In your zone, Singapore Plumeria will tolerate some shade from hot afternoon sunshine.
