I have a Majesty Palm and would prefer to plant it outside. How tall does this plant grow and what type of location can I plant it in? I also have a Pygmy Date Palm. What type of weather conditions and location can this tolerate? Thanks for your help!

Pygmy Date Palm (Phoenix roebelenii) will tolerate a light, brief frost. It's a small to medium sized palm, growing 7'-10' tall. Provide afternoon shade. Majesty palm is Ravenea rivularis. It can grow 40' tall, in full morning sun (with protection from afternoon sun), or in light shade. It's hardy to 26F but will suffer some frond damage from extended periods of cold.
