| I live in North Jersey and I bought a beautiful Blue potato bush in June and it's done very well to this point. I am concerned that the upcoming winter could be harsh on the plant. |
| Unfortunately this plant (Lycianthes rantonnei also called Solanum rantonnetti) is not winter hardy and will need to be brought indoors into a greenhouse or very brightly lit home environment for the winter. With bright enough light it may even bloom year round for you. |
