There are many plants that will tolerate a certain amount of salt, some that will tolerate relatively higher salt levels, and some that are quite intolerant of salt. To obtain a list of locally suited plants, you might wish to contact your local county extension for specific suggestions for your particular planting area. In the meantime, here are links to lists showing relative salt spray tolerance and soil salinity tolerance in a number of common woody plants.
