| I bought a lilac named 'Blue Skies,' is this the same as 'Big Blue?' When I bought it, the tag didn't mention that it was fragrant, I assumed that all lilacs are fragrant. Is the variety I have 'Blue Skies' fragrant? Thank You. |
| Blue Skies and Big Blue are Descanso Hybrids, developed for mild winter regions such as yours. Both are fragrant, but some hybrids seems to have a heavier fragrance than others. Your Blue Skies should be wonderfully fragrant. |
