Can I grow a Rubber Plant outside?

Yes, you can! Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica) may need protection from your coldest weather, but otherwise it's a pretty carefree plant. It thrives with little light and very little water. They can grow to be quite large, so if you want to keep it reasonably sized, grow it in a container.
