I am looking for an evergreen shrub that I can use along a property line. It can't get too wide because it will go onto my neighbor's property, and I only want it to grow 3 or 4 foot tall. The row of shrubs will be 60 ft long and about 3ft wide. Any suggestions? I am in zone 7.

There are many plants you could use, but one that is easily sheared to the size range you need would be "Manhattan" euonymous. Another possibility would be yew. Your local retail nurseries may have additional suggestions that could take into consideration your particular microclimate and soil conditions and so on.
