I am wondering if you could help me locate some infor-
mation on a plant named Myoporum laetum classified as
a NCN. If at all possible, could you provide a picture of
this plant species as a shrub. If not, maybe you could point
me in the right direction.

Myoporum laetum is a shrub or a tree (depending upon how it's trained), native to New Zealand. It is exceptionally fast growting to 30' tall and 20' wide. It is densely clothed in narrow, 3"-4" long leaves. If allowed to grow naturally, it forms a billowing mass, but it can be trained as an attractive multitrunked tree. The plant produces small white flowers with purple markings in the summertime, followed by reddish-purple fruits. I can't provide a picture, but you can do a web search on Myoporum and I think you'll find several.
