In the spring, when the plants are growing and flowering, you can apply about 2 pounds of superphosphate per 100 square feet of bed. Or spread a layer of compost around each plant. If you use a fertilizer with a high nitrogen content you'll get lots of green leafy growth at the expense of berries.
