Shade Plants - Knowledgebase Question

What plants can I use for dense shade that are 4'to 6' tall.Very little direct sun.

Some plants to consider for very dense shade would include Aucuba (if the shade is year round), Schipka cherry laurel (Prunus laurocerasus Schipkaensis), and perhaps English ivy (Hedera helix) grown on a fence or trellis panel. The later would provide the fastest coverage. Unfortunately, shrubs that thrive in shade tend to be slow growers.
