Lilac - Knowledgebase Question

I am looking for a Lilac tree or shrub that is called "Russian Lilac" It has a double flower not like the normal single flowers and it is almost white with a very pale pink. The flower is a very full and heavy bunch of flowers.

There are a number of lilacs referred to as Russian lilacs, originally from Russia. One such variety of Syringa vulgaris is "Krasavitsa Moskvy" sometimes also called "Beauty of Moscow", it has double white blooms with buds tinged pink. Maybe this is the one you have in mind:
