Once you've lifted the tubers, gently shake off dirt; allow to dry in the sun for about 3 days; and store in a cool, dry place such as a garage. I put mine on a shelf so air can freely circulate around them. In the spring, when little pink buds emerge you can plant them in pots or directly into a garden bed.
