Will a Stuart Papershell Pecan Tree produce nuts on its own or must it have a second tree for pollination?

Most pecans will set light crops without cross-pollination, which may be enough for you if you're planting the tree primarily for shade. If you're counting on a good crop of nuts, you'll want to plant a second tree to ensure good pollination.
