I HAVE A BLEEDING HEART PLANTED LAST SPRING IT BLOOM AND BY END OF JULY LEAVES TURNED VERY YELLOW AND BEGAN TO BECOME DORMAT SAME THING IS HAPPENING AGAIN IT IS PLANTED IN A SUN & SHADE AREA ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Dicentra spectabilis, the old fashioned tall bleeding heart, normally does go dormant by midsummer just as you have described. This is to be expected and does not indicate any problem.
