There are very few truley blue flowers available, but in my Seattle area garden I have had good performance from Myosotis scorpiodes (Forget-Me-Not), Polemonium reptans (Creeping Polemonium), Linum perenne (perennial Flax), Phlox stononifera 'Blue Ridge', Delphinium belladonna, and Meconopsis betonicifolia (Himalayan Blue Poppy). You might also try Centaurea cyanus (cornflower) and Scabiosa (pincushion flower). Good luck with your blue theme flower bed!
