Are Foxgloves (Foxy) supposet to be cut back after blooming? If so when and how much? Thank you. Tom |
When the flowers are spent you can cut the flowering stalk all the way down to the cluster of foliage at the base of the plant. Perennial foxgloves will produce a new flowering stalk next spring. Biennial foxgloves will die after producing a flowering stalk. Hope you have the perennial kind so you can look forward to another year of beauty from your foxgloves! |
