Are Foxgloves (Foxy) supposet to be cut back after blooming? If so when and how much? Thank you. Tom

When the flowers are spent you can cut the flowering stalk all the way down to the cluster of foliage at the base of the plant. Perennial foxgloves will produce a new flowering stalk next spring. Biennial foxgloves will die after producing a flowering stalk. Hope you have the perennial kind so you can look forward to another year of beauty from your foxgloves!
