| Your Mexican Evening Primrose is a perennial plant which will bloom from spring until fall. When it's finished blooming and the stems die back to the ground, you can cut them away. Don't prune out any live stems, though. Your plant will need the leaves to produce energy for the roots. Once the stems have died down on their own, it's safe to prune them off. |
