Wilting Wichita Juniper - Knowledgebase Question

My recently planted wichita blue juniper is wilting and slightly browning. I may have over-watered and roots are damaged. Is there any hope for survival? I am now watering less. What else can I do to help?

If this has happened, dig it up carefully and reset it slightly higher.
