I purchased a plant while in Atlanta and it is grown alot in the south. Looks like a trumpet plants but pink and likes to climb. It has larger leaves than the trumpet plants and I thought it was a mediallion lily - any idea.

I think you might have purchased a mandevilla vine, this would match your description and it is a gorgeous plant. Unlike the trumpet vine (Campsis radicans) this plant does not tolerate cold and should be brought indoors for the winter before temperatures drop into the low fifties.
