I live in zone 7B. I am interested in purchasing a Purple Bell Heaths shrub. I am getting conflicting reports on this plant. Do you think it would grow in the climate conditions in this area?

Thank you.

Heaths and heathers are marginal in your gardening zone. They prefer cooler summer weather, but you can try growing them. They require acidic, fast-draining soil, and must be given filtered afternoon sunshine to flourish. Best wishes with your heather!
