| Would you recommend planting Queen Palms in San Ramon (in northern California in the East Bay Region). I like the way the look and we have a white stucco house sothey would look very attractive against it, but I am concerned whether they are cold hardy enough. And also, if we do plant, it is better to wait until the Spring when frost risk is past? Is there another palm that would be a better choice? (Our neighborhood does not allow the tall Mexican Fan Palm (Washintonia). Thanks for your help! Jep |
