Choose cool spring or fall seasons when rainfall is abundant to plant fuchsias and your new plants will quickly become established. Hardy fuchsias will tolerate winter temperatures of just below freezing. The best choices include the following: 'Cardinal', 'Jingle Bells', 'Carnival', 'Rufus', 'Suprise', 'Whiteknights Pearl', 'Trumpeter', 'Voltaire' and 'Tessie'. Best wishes with your new fuchsia!
