Is the Blue Dawn Flower (ipomoea acuminata) consistantly more solid blue than the Heavenly Blue Morning Glory or is it more purple pinkish?

There are different plants known as Blue Dawn Flower, sometimes I. acuminata, sometimes I. learii, and sometimes I. indica. They seem, to my eye, to be toward the darker perhaps more deep purple side of blue rather than the lighter more "sky blue" I think of for the Heavenly Blue as I have grown it. Keep in mind however that temperatures, soil type, time of day, plus of course the seed source can have something to do with color. You might want to grow them side by side and compare/contrast for yourself.
