| Deborah, I'm not sure what happened. All our questions in the log are up to date (there are no old question still not answered). In fact I seem to recall your name and especially that you entered "Nil" as your county. Perhaps something in your e-mail address was not correct and it did not go to the right person or was returned. I am sending this reply to our administrator also in case they can look into this and find what happened. We pride ourselves on prompt service and don't want things like this to happen ever. In the meantime if you would like to re-ask your question I would be happy to try and provide an answer. Thanks for letting us know about this problem! |
