Can you please tell me what would go well with Monkshood/aconitum? Also, on a nature trail that gets very little light what perennials would you suggest? Thanks in advance for your advice. |
The feathery foliage and blue flower spikes of Aconitum look very much like Delphinium. Nice companions include creeping phlox, primroses, ferns, trillium, rhododendron or azalea, leucothoe, pieris, spring flowering bulbs such as grape hyacinth, tulips and narcissus, lenten rose, English bluebells and lupines.
