Is there a palm tree that will grow well outside in the Pacific Northwest?

Chamaerops humillis, the Mediterranean Fan Palm, is hardy to 10F and should grow well in your gardening region. This palm grows to a height of 20'. It tolerates poor soil, strong winds and summer droughts.
