Am trying to identify a type of jasmine shrub I have seen made into a hedge. The leaf is round, the white flower is large and very fragant. Can you help identify the name of this plant?

Most jasmines are vines and most have divided leaves. Of those that have a shrubby growth habit and undivided leaves, the best match I can make to your description is Jasminum sambac. It's commonly called Arabian Jasmine and produces powerfully fragrant flowers in the summer.
