I have noticed Majesty Palms in peoples' yards and well as my own. They all seem to have a yellowish color to the leaves (fronds). Is there anything that can be done about it? Are they lacking certain nutrients?

Most landscape palms will require fertilization once or twice during the growing season. Palm trees have special needs that can be met with specially formulated fertilizers which target the most common nutrient deficiencies palms face. Feed with a fertilizer formulated especially for palm trees, or find one with Nitrogen plus soluble Manganese, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron and Copper Sulfate. Be sure to apply in amounts as listed on the fertilizer label.
