Hello!
I am looking for a Pummelo I had at the San Francisco Farmers Market. The Vendor called it a Pummelo but, it had white flesh inside with a lime/grapefruity taste.
Your Melogold sounds familiar but you don't list the flesh color?
Thank You, Tina

Melogold is a hybrid - a cross between a Pummelo and a White Grapefruit. Both the skin and the flesh is yellow. 'Oro Blanco' has white flesh. Melogold is sweeter than 'Oro Blanco', ripens earlier, and has that lime/grapefruity you remember.
