There are so many, I don't know where to start! Daboecia (a kind of heather) grows only to about 2'. Others in that family include 'Erica' and 'Calluna'. Penstemon is pretty, Armeria (Sea Pink), Iberis (Candy Tuft), Lithospermum, Aubrieta, Phlox, Potentilla, Heuchera (Coral Bells), Stachys and Potentilla are some of my favorites, and are all easy to grow. Why not drop by a local nursery and see what they have to offer?
