Glenda, Lamb's Ear is really easy to divide and propagate. Simply dig the clump of plants by sliding a shovel beneath them about 4-6 inches deep. Then take a butcher knive and cut the clump into groups of plants for resetting into the soil at the same depth they were growing before. Firm the soil in around the plants and water them in well. You can divide a clump into a lot of single plants for spreading out over a large area, or into a few larger groups of plants for a fuller effect right away. Thanks for the question.
