Name Of Tree Called "lollipop Tree" - Knowledgebase Question

We have trees in our backyard that our landscaper called a lollipop tree. It is very fast growing and its shape stays a consist lollipop shape as it grows.

Any ideas?

Sometimes the Bradford pear tree (Pyrus calleryana) is called the lollipop tree. Unlike most trees, it doesn't have a central leader, but its horizonal branching habit tends to make it look like a lollipop.
