Answer: Agapanthus 'Peter Pan' is an outstanding dwarf variety; the foliage is a foot high and the blue flowers top stems that are 18" tall. This is a free-blooming variety and is the best choice if you want a lot of flowers over a long season. 'Queen Anne' develops a clump of foliage about one and a half feet tall with flower stems about two feet tall. It, too, produces blue flowers, but is not as free-blooming as 'Peter Pan'.
