Answer: The Oregonian rose is available through National Gardening Association. This very fragrant, vigorous, light pink hybrid tea blooms and blooms all season long, providing vases full of cut flowers with a heady fragrance that quickly fills a room. Its only drawback is a slight susceptibility to mildew, so give it a location with good air circulation. Named in honor of the 150th anniversary of the Oregonian newspaper (the Pacific Northwest's largest newspaper).
