Are the berries on the Cranberry Cotoneaster bush edible? If not are they poisonous?

The berries on your cotoneaster are not considered edible and should not be consumed. They do not appear on the list of plants poisonous to humans, but if the berries are eaten in quantity they can be toxic. Birds love the berries and are unharmed by them, so just leave the berries for our feathered friends to enjoy this fall and winter.
