| My husband saw some dogwood shrubs next to a similar looking shrub that has yellow branches rather than the red of the dogwood...no leaves yet. Any ideas what kind of plant it is? |
| There are several commonly encountered shrubs with yellow branches; Yellow twig dogwood, Salix (willow), and Japanese Kerria, to name a few. If the shrub had a similar branching habit to the red twig dogwood, I'll bet that it's a yellow twig dogwood. Guess we'll have to wait until after they leaf out to know for sure! |
