My Bradford pear trees blossom later than anyone elses in my neighborhood. Is there any particular kind of fertilizer that I should be giving them?

Sharon,

No, fertility is not the reason for that and there is not anything you can do to affect bloom time. Either your trees are actually a different variety (there are other ornamental pear varieties very similar to Bradford), or something about the microclimate at their growing location is different.
