The Q&A Archives: Sweet Gum Trees

Question: Is there any method that can be used to stop my sweet gum trees from producing fruit

Answer: The trees can be sprayed while in bloom to prevent the gumballs from forming later. A professionally trained and certified arborist would know what to use and exactly the right timing to apply it and would also have the right equipment for the job.
