Seeding after pre emgent crabgrass application - Knowledgebase Question

I have applied a combination fertilizer and pre emegent crabgrass control. Will I be able to seed bare spots afterward?

Roy,

Not for a while. Check the label to see what it says regarding such a time span. If there is not such an indication on the label figure on it taking 90 days or so for the product to lose most of its effectiveness. Or you can rototill the area to disperse the product from the surface of the soil. Then seeding should be much more successful.
