| Juan, You can either sod or seed that area. Sod is faster but more expensive. To save a little money you can sod in strips placed about a foot apart and the bermda will quickly fill in. Fertilize with a 3-1-2 or 4-1-2 ratio product every 8 weeks this first year. Your Home Depot garden center can recommend appropriate products.
