I have palm trees that are reaching heights too tall for me to reach to prune the fronds when they sag too much. Where can I find tools that can allow me to safely reach these heights to prune the trees?

I think what you need is a long-handled tree saw. These are essentially a curved blade tree saw with an extended handle. They are often used when you can't quite reach a tree branch but don't want to climb a ladder. Home Depot carries these, and other types of tree saws.
